MERVE TASDELEN

FLUTE & BEGINNER PIANO

Merve Tasdelen is an experienced music educator with over 10 years of teaching experience in flute, piano, and early childhood music. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music with a specialization in Flute Performance from Yaşar University and has completed a Pedagogical Formation Certificate Program through Dokuz Eylül University. She has taught in both Canada and Turkey, working with students of all ages, from infants and preschoolers to teenagers and adults. Throughout her career, Merve has taught both flute and piano to students of varying ages and skill levels. She has extensive experience teaching piano to beginner and intermediate students, helping them develop strong technical skills, musical literacy, creativity, and confidence. Her flute instruction ranges from beginner to advanced levels, including preparation for Royal Conservatory of Music (RCM) examinations. She has also led early

childhood music and movement classes for children from infancy through age five, creating engaging musical experiences that support overall development and foster a lifelong love of music.


As a performer, Merve has participated in numerous solo and chamber music recitals, orchestral performances, and masterclasses with internationally recognized flutists. She believes that music education should be inspiring, inclusive, and accessible to everyone, and strives to create a warm, supportive environment where students can build confidence, develop their musical skills, and experience the joy of making music.
