Creative Makers (6-10) – Children’s Art Class
Ignite your child's passion for art in our engaging and inclusive art class designed for young creative minds. Perfect for children of all skill levels who have a love for creating, this class offers a fun and nurturing environment where artistic exploration knows no bounds.
Our classes follow an 8-week schedule, giving students the time and structure to learn, build confidence, and hone their skills while working toward a meaningful final project. This guided progression helps young artists deepen their understanding of techniques and see their creativity flourish over time.
Through hands-on experiences with a variety of mediums—including drawing, painting, and sculpture—children will unleash their imagination and develop their artistic abilities week by week. You’ll watch your child’s artistic journey unfold as they proudly showcase their creations, growing their skills and expressive style in a supportive and encouraging setting.

Creative Makers (Pre-teen to Teen) Art Class
This art class is tailored for pre-teens and is designed to foster skill development and creativity. This class is ideal for young creators who are eager to explore their talents in a safe and supportive environment.
Our classes follow an 8-week schedule, giving students the time and structure to learn, build confidence, and hone their skills while working toward a meaningful final project. This guided progression helps young artists deepen their understanding of techniques and see their creativity flourish over time.
Join us as we guide pre-teens through diverse artistic mediums to cultivate their skills and expand their creative possibilities, including drawing, painting, printmaking, and sculpture. Each week, participants will engage in hands-on activities that challenge and inspire, encouraging them to refine their artistic techniques and discover their unique style.
This class is a safe space for pre-teens to explore their creativity and grow their self-confidence.

Creative Makers (18+) - Art Class for Adults
This 18+ art class is designed for adults who want a welcoming, supportive place to learn and explore a wide range of artistic techniques. Whether you’re brand new to art or returning to it after some time away, the class meets you where you are, offering guidance that’s tailored to your individual experience and goals.
Classes run in an 8-week session, providing the time and structure needed to build confidence, develop skills, and work toward a thoughtful final project. The focus is on learning by doing, experimenting, and growing at a steady, comfortable pace.
Throughout the session, students will explore a variety of artistic techniques and mediums, including painting, drawing, sculpture, printmaking, and mixed media. Our instructor offers clear instruction and constructive feedback, covering foundational concepts such as composition, colour theory, and different creative approaches.
Above all, this class is about creative growth. You’ll develop technical skills, gain confidence in your abilities, and discover your own creative voice—leaving with artwork that reflects your personal ideas, interests, and artistic direction.

Erin Gartner - Artist, Art Instructor & Art Therapist

Erin Gartner is an experienced art educator, artist, and professional art therapist with over 12 years of teaching expertise. Passionate about the transformative power of art, she believes art can inspire, heal, and connect individuals on a deeper level. In her classes, she creates a supportive and inclusive environment where students feel comfortable exploring their creativity and pushing their boundaries.
Drawing from her background as an artist, Erin brings a unique perspective to her teaching, guiding students through their artistic journeys with understanding and care. Whether introducing the fundamentals of drawing or encouraging experimentation with painting techniques, she is dedicated to fostering a love for art and helping students develop their own artistic voice.
As an art therapist, Erin incorporates elements of art therapy into her teaching, encouraging students to explore emotions and experiences through their artwork. Witnessing the power of art firsthand, she believes in its ability to promote self-discovery, healing, and personal growth. By providing a safe space for self-expression, she empowers her students to use art as a tool for reflection and self-discovery.

Keely Bays-Egri - Artist & Art Instructor

Keely is a professional artist and illustrator with a lifelong passion for creating visual art. Her work spans styles from abstract and realism to comics and cartoon illustration, with experience in a range of mediums including pencil, ink, watercolor, acrylics, pastels, and digital tools.
In addition to her art practice, Keely has worked as both an educator and developmental support provider. She has led school workshops and supported homeschoolers, children with neurodiversities and learning differences, and those on the autism spectrum. She believes art is a powerful tool for growth, wellness, and self-expression. Through her teaching, she hopes to foster not only artistic skill but also personal growth, joy and resilience.
