Creative Makers (6-10) – Children’s Art Class
Ignite your child's passion for art in our engaging and inclusive art class, designed for young creative minds of all skill levels. This is a fun, supportive environment where children can explore their creativity, develop new skills, and discover the joy of making art.
Each week, students explore a variety of artistic techniques and mediums—including drawing, painting, sculpture, and more. Projects and activities are thoughtfully adapted to the interests, abilities, and skill levels of the students in the class, allowing each young artist to learn at their own pace while being encouraged to experiment and express their individual creativity.
As students return each week, they have the opportunity to build on the skills they've developed, try new techniques, and explore new ideas. Whether your child is just discovering their love of art or already enjoys creating, our classes provide a welcoming space where their skills, confidence, and artistic style can grow naturally over time.

Creative Makers (Pre-teen to Teen) Art Class
This art class is designed specifically for pre-teens who want to develop their artistic skills, explore their creativity, and discover their own unique style. Students of all skill levels are welcome in a safe, encouraging, and supportive environment.
Each week, students explore a variety of artistic mediums and techniques, including drawing, painting, printmaking, sculpture, and more. Projects and activities are guided by the interests, abilities, and skill levels of the students in the class, giving them opportunities to experiment, take creative risks, and develop their skills at their own pace.
As students return each week, they can build on the techniques they've learned while exploring new ideas and creative challenges. Whether they're interested in drawing, painting, sculpting, or trying something completely new, the class encourages students to develop their confidence, creativity, and individual artistic voice.
This is a welcoming space where pre-teens can express themselves, learn from one another, and grow as artists while having fun and exploring the possibilities of art.

Creative Makers (18+) - Art Class for Adults
This 18+ art class is designed for adults who want a welcoming, supportive place to learn, create, and explore a wide range of artistic techniques. Whether you’re brand new to art, looking to build your skills, or returning to creativity after some time away, the class meets you where you are and offers guidance tailored to your experience, interests, and goals.
Each week, students explore different artistic techniques and mediums, including drawing, painting, sculpture, printmaking, mixed media, and more. Projects and activities are shaped around the interests and skill levels of the students in the class, giving you the freedom to experiment, try new approaches, and develop your own creative direction.
Our instructor provides clear instruction, demonstrations, and constructive feedback while introducing foundational concepts such as composition, colour theory, technique, and creative process. As you continue attending, you’ll have the opportunity to build on what you’ve learned, refine your skills, and take on new creative challenges.
Above all, this class is about enjoying the process of making art. It’s a place to develop your skills, build confidence, explore new ideas, and connect with your own creative voice—without the pressure of having to create art a certain way.

Erin Gartner - Artist, Art Instructor & Art Therapist

Erin Gartner is an experienced art educator, artist, and professional art therapist with over 12 years of teaching expertise. Passionate about the transformative power of art, she believes art can inspire, heal, and connect individuals on a deeper level. In her classes, she creates a supportive and inclusive environment where students feel comfortable exploring their creativity and pushing their boundaries.
Drawing from her background as an artist, Erin brings a unique perspective to her teaching, guiding students through their artistic journeys with understanding and care. Whether introducing the fundamentals of drawing or encouraging experimentation with painting techniques, she is dedicated to fostering a love for art and helping students develop their own artistic voice.
As an art therapist, Erin incorporates elements of art therapy into her teaching, encouraging students to explore emotions and experiences through their artwork. Witnessing the power of art firsthand, she believes in its ability to promote self-discovery, healing, and personal growth. By providing a safe space for self-expression, she empowers her students to use art as a tool for reflection and self-discovery.
Committed to art education, Erin tailors her teaching approach to meet each student's unique needs and goals, supporting them in developing artistic skills, gaining confidence, and finding joy in the creative process. Keely Bays-Egri - Artist & Art Instructor

Keely is a professional artist and illustrator with a lifelong passion for creating visual art. Her work spans styles from abstract and realism to comics and cartoon illustration, with experience in a range of mediums including pencil, ink, watercolor, acrylics, pastels, and digital tools.
In addition to her art practice, Keely has worked as both an educator and developmental support provider. She has led school workshops and supported homeschoolers, children with neurodiversities and learning differences, and those on the autism spectrum. She believes art is a powerful tool for growth, wellness, and self-expression. Through her teaching, she hopes to foster not only artistic skill but also personal growth, joy and resilience.
