Musical Theatre
Are you ready to unleash your inner star? Join us for an unforgettable week filled with song, dance, and artistic expression! Our camp is perfect for aspiring performers who dream of gracing the stage and discovering their creative potential.
Here's what you can expect from our summer camp:
Musical Theatre Workshops: Dive into the magical world of musical theatre with daily afternoon workshops covering acting, singing, and dancing. Whether you're a seasoned performer or stepping onto the stage for the first time, our expert instructors will guide you through the fundamentals and help you shine in the spotlight.
Art Classes: Unleash your creativity in our art classes with our partners at Nurture Nest Art Therapy & Education, where you'll explore various mediums and techniques to express yourself visually. From sketching to painting to mixed media projects, there's something for every budding artist to discover. Who knows? You might even design your set pieces or costumes for our end-of-week performance!
Yoga/meditation: Guided by the instructors at the Holistic Institute of Health, each camper will flow through a series of poses designed to stretch, strengthen, and align your body. Yoga at music camp is more than just physical exercise. It's a holistic practice that invites you to tune into the rhythm of your breath and find stillness amidst the chaos. With each mindful movement, you'll release tension, cultivate presence, and create space for inspiration to flow.

Get ready for a week of immersive exploration where music and art collide in a symphony of creativity. At our unique summer camp, campers will embark on an unforgettable journey of self-expression as they dive into the worlds of music and visual arts.

Throughout the week, campers will have the opportunity to:
Create Music from Scratch: From composing melodies to crafting lyrics, campers will work collaboratively to write and produce their original songs. With guidance from experienced musicians and songwriters, they'll explore various genres and styles, discovering their unique musical voices along the way.
Explore Visual Arts: In addition to music-making, campers will unleash their artistic talents through a series of dynamic art workshops with our partners at Nurture Nest Art Therapy & Education. . From painting and sculpting to mixed media and collage, they'll experiment with different techniques and mediums to create stunning works of art inspired by the music they've created.
Build strong minds: A unique addition to the usual lineup of activities is the yoga and meditation class. This class provides campers with an opportunity to unwind, relax and refocus. Guided by the instructors at the Holistic Institute of Health, Campers will learn various yoga poses and breathing techniques tailored to musicians' needs, helping them improve posture, flexibility, and concentration. Through this experience, campers not only enhance their musical abilities but also develop skills for maintaining holistic well-being in their artistic endeavours.
Rock Band
Get ready to rock out and unleash your inner artist at our one-of-a-kind Rock 'n' Art Camp! Perfect for aspiring musicians and budding creatives alike, this camp offers a unique blend of music education, band rehearsals, and dynamic art classes.
Throughout the week, campers will:
Form Bands: Campers will have the opportunity to join or form their rock bands, where they'll collaborate with fellow musicians to learn and perform classic and contemporary rock songs. From guitar riffs to drum solos, they'll hone their skills and rock the stage in an epic end-of-camp concert.
Explore Visual Arts: In addition to rocking out, campers will dive into the world of visual arts through engaging and hands-on art classes with our partners at Nurture Nest Art Therapy & Education. Led by experienced artists, they'll experiment with various mediums and techniques, from painting and drawing to sculpture and mixed media. Whether they're creating album cover art or designing band logos, their creativity will know no bounds.
Relax and Unwind: This class offers a tranquil retreat for participants to relax, stretch, and center themselves. Guided by the instructors at the Holistic Institute of Health, Through a blend of yoga poses tailored to musicians' needs and mindfulness meditation techniques, students improve their physical flexibility, mental focus, and emotional resilience. The class provides a reprieve from the excitement of rock band activities, fostering a sense of inner peace and balance that enhances the campers' overall well-being.
